Google Play Account is terminated for unknow reason

2 days ago I received an email from Google saying that my account has been terminated due to “Violations of the Developer Program Policies and Developer Distribution Agreement by this account or a related, previously terminated Google Play Developer account”.

I have no idea what is going on. I have been a game developer for the past 3 years. Two years ago I started a new company and started developing a puzzle game, investing all my money. However, when I tried to release my game for beta testing, my Google account was terminated.

I have been a freelance developer for 6 years and checked all my clients’ accounts and none of them were terminated for any reason. I don’t understand what the problem is. I have submitted an appeal but I get the same email every time.

I hope someone from the Google team will look into this. Please help me, I have not violated any Google policy.

  Your business is basically over. Good luck even finding a human who isn't a robot to answer. Even if you find a human, you'll get a confirmation with no explanation that you're fired. Their store, their rules are sad.

  If you've checked all accounts you've accessed or had access to your account, and none of them have been terminated, then the problem could be something else. Did you share a computer with the person whose account was terminated, or use their card to pay for your account (or let them use your card). Google has many ways to link accounts together, but they don't make any of them public for security reasons. We can only guess at some of the more common reasons.
