This is GGZC, The earliest case of Google developers being removed due to malware appeared in mid-2023. Before that, whether it was malware, mobile junk software or high-risk abuse, it was almost inevitable to suspended the account at the same time. This case is a new account. It passed the review normally when the internal test version was released. Due to the mistakes of the development team, malware behavior was found after the subsequent update version. Fortunately, Google Play is not so strict. It only removed the app from the App Store, and did not ban the account, as shown below.
